HOW TO USE

Cleanse your face and apply your favourite serum.
Take the sticks out of the fridge or freezer and run them under cold water.
Glide the cryo sticks over the skin starting at the centre of the face, always in up and outward movement.
Rinse them with water and towel dry.
Place them back in their case and in the fridge or freezer until the next use.
