Apply a scoop of Sugar Sugar lip scrub onto clean, dry lips.
Massage into lips in circular motions using the silicone lip scrubber.
Wipe or rinse clean. Follow by applying a thin coat of Balm Babe lip balm for maximum hydration and lasting moisture.
